At SUQQU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened, and saleable condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched beauty products cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original SUQQU packaging, ensuring all protective seals and components are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
